Today is National Pumpkin Cheesecake day! There are several different kinds of cheesecake in North America: New York Style Cheesecake, Chicago Style Cheesecake and Savory just to name a few.

I am pretty excited because I found a recipe for slow cooker pumpkin cheesecake. I am going to be trying it out today. I hope it is as delicious and easy as it sounds. I am a fan of both pumpkin and cheesecake so I have high hopes for the treat!
