It is National Pecan Cookie Day! I love all things Pecan, but I have to say, Whole Foods, has the very best pecan pie cookies I’ve ever tasted.

One of my daughter’s favorite things to do is choose cookies together from Whole Foods’ bakery section. I get myself a pecan pie cookie every time. They are so yummy! Now I have motivated myself to find a recipe for these delightful baked goods. I think I’ll give this one from Southern Living a try:
