Ramona’s World by Beverly Cleary has a DRA level of 34. That puts it at mid second grade level. My first grader read this book without any trouble.

I have always loved reading the Ramona books during my childhood & they have been so much favorite anytime. This is beautiful that you can involve kids in reading and figuring out spelling issues on their own.
