We are only a few weeks into summer vacation and my daughter has already asked for screen time more than I care to admit. She normally loves playing outside but this summer it is all about technology. She has a beautiful imagination so I have decided screen time is out and creativity is in. It hasn’t been completely taken away but it is on lockdown and must be earned!

6 Activities to Make Learning U.S. Geography Super Fun

We have been working on U.S. geography over here at Let’s Learn With Style. Although I love it, I have to admit I am no Alexander von Humboldt. I am more of a “take me where the wind leads me” kind of girl. Since my daughter has a wild spirit and an amazing sense of adventure I really need to nail this subject down. I want her to always know where she is going and to be able to find her way back to me too! I love the idea of learning through play, so I thought this would be the perfect way to begin our journey on U.S. geography. Here are some of the things we have been using and loving!
